What does the intro offer include?

You start with a 14-day free trial — all features included. If you stay, the first 3 months are half price on your chosen plan.

Is this for me if I work solo?

Yes. Eagle works for solo creatives and small teams. No agency structure required — your contacts and jobs in your own workspace.

Do I have to give up my invoicing software?

No. Many start with built-in quotes and invoices. If you already use Lexoffice, sevDesk or similar, keep using them — Eagle remains your CRM hub.

Are my client data safe?

Yes. Hosting in Germany, GDPR-compliant processing, no data reselling. Your client lists belong to you.

Can I change my plan myself?

Yes — under Subscription & billing in the portal. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rata credit. Downgrades at period end with no refund for time already paid.

Are there refunds on cancellation?

No. Access continues until period end; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded.
