Eine kleine Hannoveraner Agentur betreut zwölf Kunden auf Instagram und LinkedIn. Jeder Kunde ist ein Projekt in Open Lake. Senior-Mitarbeiter sehen alle Projekte, Werkstudierende sind nur einzelnen Projekten zugewiesen.

Monatlich generiert die Agentur über die Reports-Funktion einen PDF-Report pro Kunde — als Anlage zum Statusgespräch. Eingerichtete Trigger melden Follower-Verluste > 2 %, damit das Account-Management proaktiv kommunizieren kann.

Können meine Kunden die Plattform mitnutzen?

Optional ja — als „Mitarbeiter"-Rolle, eingeschränkt auf das jeweilige Projekt. Für reine Freigaben planen wir einen Gastzugriff ohne Seat (Sprint B1).

Was ist mit weißem Label / eigenem Logo auf Reports?

PDF-Branding (Logo + Akzentfarbe pro Tenant / pro Projekt) ist als Sprint B2-Lieferung geplant — siehe Backlog. Für Pilotkunden schalten wir es jetzt schon manuell frei.

Sind die Kundendaten sauber getrennt?

Ja — auf Tenant- und Projekt-Ebene mit Row-Level Isolation. Kein Mitarbeiter sieht versehentlich Daten eines anderen Kunden. Details unter Sicherheit.
